In 1993 he graduated from the Faculty of Physics of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in physics, and in 1993 he graduated from the MADI master's program with a degree in logistics. From 2002 to 2004, he held the position of project manager in the united company Rusal, from 2004 to 2009 - the position of Director of the Department of Transport and Logistics, and after that - General Director of LLC RusAlTrans. From 2009 to 2012 was the General Director of AgroVagon LLC, and from 2012 to 2014 - Advisor to the General Director of Rail Pro LLC. Between 2014 and 2015 held the position of Director of the Department of Transport and Logistics of “EUROCEMENT group” OJSC, and the position of General Director of Spetsvagontrans LLC. From 2015 to 2016 he was the Director for transportation in specialized rolling stock of LLC “GTI Management”, and from 2016 to 2020 he was the First Deputy General Director of JSC RZD Logistics. Since 2022, he has been the General Director of MFA Lojistik Dış Ticaret A.Ş.
