In 1995 he graduated from Magtymguly Turkmen State University with a major of Physics teacher and in the same year he worked as a communication engineer for the radio communications team of the Operational and Technical Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan. From 1996 to 2020 he was an employee of the offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan. In 2020 he was the Chief Specialist of the Law Enforcement Coordination Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and the Deputy Chairman of the “Turkmenawtoulaglary” agency. From that year to the present he has been the Chairman of the Turkmenavtoulaglary Agency.
