Mr. Dovran Saburov graduated from Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communications with the major in mechanic engineering. He is a Member of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan. Saburov Dovran was awarded with “Medal dedicated to 25th Anniversary of Neutrality of Turkmenistan” in 2016 and in 2020. He also was a member of the state delegation with working visits abroad From 2002 till 2011 he was representative of the President of Turkmenistan Saparmurat Niyazov “Turkmenhowayollary” state national service representative offices in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Bangkok in the Kingdom of Thailand and Beijing, Republic of China, Frankfurt, Federal Republic of Germany, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. From 2011 to 2016 he held the position of General Director of Turkmenistan Airlines. From 2017 to 2019 he was the Head of “Turkmenhowayollary” State National Service. In 2019 he was appointed as the Chairman of the “Turkmenhowayollary“ Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Communications of Turkmenistan.
