Agzamova Elena Vladimirovna graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the Kazan State Pedagogical Institute in 1994. In the period from 1997 to 2006 she improved her qualifications in various educational institutions, such as the Goethe- Institute, Kazan State Technological University, the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, as well as the Institute of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. From 2018 to 2022 improved her qualifications at MIMOP on the topic “Information support for the activities of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry”. In the 1990s she worked as a teacher and translator of German and English, in the 2000s she was vice-rector for academic and scientific work of the Institute of Civil Service under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, and from 2010 to the present she has been an adviser to the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan. Elena Vladimirovna was awarded four letters of gratittude, two certificates of honor, and a diploma from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Union of Journalists of the Russian Federation for her active work in promoting the system of chambers of commerce and industry in the media.
