Director of the Expert Center for "Sustainable Mobility in Transport" at the Russian Association for UN Assistance and Chief Analyst at the "Center for Foreign Trade" under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Professor at MGIMO and Doctor of Economics, he is a Full Member of the International and Russian Academies of Transport. He has managed several key projects in Eurasian transport and logistics, including the development of major international transport corridors and regional integration. He has held leadership roles in the Euro-Asian Transport Union, the Federation Council’s Expert Council on Transport, and the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He has supervised the training of three Doctors of Sciences and 16 Candidates of Sciences in transport economics and management and is the author of 193 scientific publications.
