Alexander Anatolyevich Khoroshevich is a seasoned leader in railway management with over 20 years of experience in the Belarusian Railway system. Holding a PhD in Economics, he graduated from the Belarusian State University of Transport and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Belarus. Rising through various leadership roles, he served as Head of the Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Railway (2019–2024) before being appointed First Deputy Head of the State Association "Belarusian Railway" in 2024. Khoroshevich is recognized for his expertise in railway operations and strategic development.
