Director of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Representative office;
Artur Andrysiak is the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Country Director for Turkmenistan. Mr. Andrysiak provides primary operational interface between ADB and the Government of Turkmenistan, and oversees policy dialogue, processing and implementation of operations, portfolio management, capacity development, and donor coordination. Mr. Andrysiak has more than 23 years of professional experience both at the national and international level in managerial, leadership and technical roles, including 11 years with ADB. Prior to joining ADB, Mr. Andrysiak worked for the United Nations and the Australian Bureau of Statistics. He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Accounting from the Australian National University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the Edith Cowan University in Australia.
