Artur Arakelyan

Head of Transport and Communications at the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development

Artur Arakelyan is the Head of Transport and Communications at the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development, a position he has held since 2024. Prior to this, he served as an expert in local governance and outreach for the EU-funded project on hazardous waste management from 2020 to 2024, working across Yerevan, Warsaw, and Tirana. He has also held senior roles in Armenia's Ministry of Transport and Communications, including First Deputy Minister from 2013 to 2017 and Advisor to the Minister in 2018. From 2000 to 2013, he led the State Procurement Agency under the Armenian government. With extensive experience in transport, governance, and international development, Artur Arakelyan continues to drive strategic infrastructure initiatives.
