Azat Atamyradov

Chairman of the “Türkmendemirýollary” Agency, Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan

Azat Silapovich Atamuradov is the Chairman of the "Turkmendemiryollary" Agency, Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan. With a career spanning over two decades, he has held key leadership roles in Turkmenistan's railway and transport sector, including serving as Minister of Railway Transport and Director of CJSC "Demiryolchi." Mr. Atamuradov’s extensive experience includes positions such as Deputy Minister of Railway Transport and Head of Transport and Forwarding Management. He has been instrumental in advancing Turkmenistan's railway infrastructure and fostering international collaboration in transport and logistics. Since 2021, he has led the "Turkmendemiryollary" Agency, overseeing the development and modernization of the nation’s railway network.
