Hanaev Rahym

Deputy General Director of the OJSC ”TULM”

Hanaev Rahym is an experienced professional in the field of transport and logistics, with a strong academic background in Economics and Management in the Tourism Industry from the Belarusian State Economic University, where [he/she] studied from 2012 to 2017. Starting his career in 2019, [he/she] worked as a Senior Specialist in the Department of International Relations and Organization of Competitions at the "Turkmendemiryollary" Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communications of Turkmenistan. Rahym continued to progress within the agency, taking on roles such as Senior Specialist in the Department of International Relations and Foreign Economic Relations until 2021, when he served as Acting Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations. In 2021, he moved to the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, working as a Senior Specialist in the Department of International Relations, Logistics, and Multimodal Transport. From 2022 to 2023, held the position of Senior Specialist in the Department of Foreign Economic Relations and Contracts at the Open Joint-Stock Company "Turkmenistan Transport and Logistics Center." Since October 2023, he has been serving as the Deputy General Director for Commercial Affairs at the same organization, where Rahym continues to lead in the development of transport and logistics solutions.
