Heinrich Waal began his career with a successful training as a forwarding agent and a degree as a traffic specialist at AeroseA GmbH. During the flourishing CIS market, he joined Merk-Reisen to establish its cargo department, focusing on CIS countries. By 2006, his leadership led to the creation of Merk-Cargo GmbH, and in 2008, he became its sole shareholder, rebranding the company as Kras-Logistics. Under his guidance, the business expanded significantly, including the acquisition of Transcana GmbH and establishing branches in Krasnodar, Prague, Moscow, London, Paris, and Dubai. In 2018, he inaugurated a state-of-the-art headquarters on the Mönchhof site. Today, Heinrich Waal remains the sole shareholder and CEO of Kras-Logistics GmbH.
