Deputy Director General of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan

Hudaiberdiyev Allaguly Nazarovich is the Deputy Director General of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, a position he has held since July 2024. He holds a degree from the Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communications, where he graduated in 1998 with a specialization in "Technical Organizer of Freight Transportation." He also completed studies in Economics at the State Hydrometeorological University of the Russian Federation, graduating in 2017. Allaguly Hudaiberdiyev’s professional career spans over two decades in the transport and logistics sector. From 2002 to 2013, he held various roles within the State Enterprise of the Ministry of Railway Transport and Industry of Turkmenistan. Between 2017 and 2022, he worked in several positions at Turkmendemirýollary, contributing significantly to the development of railway infrastructure and logistics in Turkmenistan. Prior to his current role, Hudaiberdiyev served as the Deputy Director General for Logistics at Demirýollary JSC from 2022 to 2024. He is fluent in Russian and continues to play a key role in shaping the country's transport and communications policies.
