Chairwoman of the Board of Professional Consultants of Tajikistan
Larisa Kislyakova is a seasoned professional in economic development, trade, and logistics, with extensive leadership experience in both public and private sectors. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Board of the Professional Consultant of Tajikistan (UPCT), Chairman of the Partnership for Transport and Logistics in Central Asia, and Chairman of WILAT Tajikistan, while also being a member of the National Trade Facilitation Committee. His expertise spans project development, coordination, and management, including roles such as Head of Economic Relations at ABBAT (2014–2017), Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2010–2014), and Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade (2005–2010). He has played a key role in developing investment projects, analyzing policies, and fostering international cooperation in transport and logistics. An economist by training, he holds a diploma from Tajik State University and brings decades of experience shaping economic and trade policies in Tajikistan.
