Mr. Li Xining

Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of CRRC Ziyang Co., Ltd

Mr. Li Xining has been the Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of CRRC Ziyang Co., Ltd. since September 2020, where he oversees engineering and technical operations, as well as coordinating the development and production processes for locomotives and other transportation vehicles. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2020, he served as the Director of the Technology Center at CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd., where he led projects focused on the development of new technologies in locomotive manufacturing and high-speed trains. Mr. Li began his career in the railway industry in 1996 at the Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Works, where he progressed from an intern to the Head of the Locomotive Development Department. Over the years, he has also held leadership roles in research and development, including in the field of magnetic levitation (maglev trains) and innovations in locomotive engineering. Mr. Li has more than 20 years of experience in engineering and technology and possesses in-depth knowledge of international law, which has also contributed to his successful career in the industry.
