With over 40 years of expertise in transportation, logistics, and international organizations, Mikhael Pokrovsky has built a distinguished career spanning various high-profile roles. A graduate of the USSR Academy of Maritime Transport, Mikhael Pokrovsky began in the Ministry of Merchant Marine of the USSR and went on to contribute to JSC "Sovmortrans," the USSR's first non-governmental freight-forwarding company, and "FESCO Logistics," a subsidiary of the FESCO Group. He represented the International Road Transport Union (IRU) in Eurasia through its Moscow office and played a key role in the JSC "Euro-Asian Transport Project." Currently, He serves as Director of the Eurasian Office for the International Center for Transport Diplomacy, continuing to advance regional and global transport initiatives.
