Adrian George FOGHIS

 Secretary of State within the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Romania

Mr. Adrian George FOGHIS has served as Secretary of State within the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Romania since February 2021. He brings over nine years of experience in infrastructure projects, including his roles as General Manager of the Oradea County Metropolitan Area and later as Director of the National Romanian Federation of Metropolitan Areas and Urban Agglomerations. Mr. FOGHIS holds Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Sociology, as well as in Management and Economics. His professional background includes international experience as Programme Manager for the VATI JTS Romania-Hungary Cross Border Cooperation Programme. Since 2021, Mr. FOGHIS has coordinated air transport and health infrastructure initiatives. From 2022, he has been responsible for road transport, road safety, the 3 Seas Initiative, and the Black Sea–Caspian Sea International Transport Route.
