Dovran Saburov

Chairman of the “Türkmenhowaýollary” Agency, Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan

Saburow Dowran Reimbayewich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aviation and transport management. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communications. His career began as an aviation mechanic at "Ahal" Air Company, followed by various roles, including Aviation Technician and Dispatcher at Saparmurat Turkmenbashy International Airport. He went on to represent "Turkmenistan Airlines" in the UAE, Thailand, China, and Germany. From 2011 to 2016, he served as General Director of "Turkmenistan Airlines" and later held the position of Deputy Chairman at "Turkmenhowayollary" and the Ministry of Industry and Communications of Turkmenistan. He currently serves as Deputy Chairman at the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Turkmenistan. He has received several prestigious awards, including the "Turkmenistan’s Black Sea 25th Anniversary" Medal (2016), the "Turkmenistan's Neutrality 25th Anniversary" Medal (2020), and the "Love for the Homeland" Medal (2021)
