Nayla AlNoaimi

Head of the Road Assets Section at the Ministry of Transport, Qatar

Nayla AlNoaimi is the Head of the Road Assets Section at the Ministry of Transport, Qatar, where she leads strategic projects aligned with Qatar’s National Vision 2030 and National Safety Strategy. She began her career with the Ministry in 2020 as a Roads Engineer and was promoted to her current role in 2024. Nayla’s key contributions include developing a Pavement Management System, conducting Road Technical Surveys, implementing Enhanced Road Safety Systems through Q-RAP, and managing the Intelligent Transport System (ITS) and Integrated Asset Management System (IAMS). Nayla holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Portsmouth, UK (2022–2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Qatar University (2014–2019).
